Tech2Grow by Carrefour: to boost local commerce and customer experience

After the success of its first edition Back2Hack, Carrefour is launching Tech2Grow– a brand new hackathon that will occur on the 19th, 20th and 21st of May in Paris !

Startups, developers, data-scientists, designers and other innovative profiles are invited to develop innovative solutions that will improve the shopping experience within their marketplace.

Connecting the small producers with the consumers

Eating well is vitally important to our well being. Producers, distributors, consumers– we are all concerned! With Carrefour’s knowledge strong belief in this matter, they have decided to take action by refining  the link  between small producers and consumers.

Improving the in-store experience for the consumer

Your mission will be to focus on optimizing the consumers in-store experience. To accomplish this objective, you will use datasets to analyze their behaviors, anticipate their needs and interact with them in real time with the help of new digital tools. It’s up to you to decide which of the tools you utilize best.

What are the prices?

In addition to being coached by Microsoft’s well known mentors whose expertise lies in data, e-commerce and information systems of Carrefour Group, the attendees will have the chance to win a 6 week incubation (5 projects will be selected) and 10,000€ to share between the 5 winners.
